These terms apply to everyone who uses J.C. Memorial School's school platform: staff, students, parents and guardians. By activating your account you agree to them.

Your account

• Keep your password and authenticator codes private. Don't share your account.
• Tell the school office straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for accounts of young children they manage.

Using the platform respectfully

• Only look at information you need for your role, and don't copy or share other people's personal data.
• Be kind and respectful in messages. Bullying or harassment is handled under the school's discipline policy.
• Upload only your own work or material you have permission to use. Don't upload harmful files.
• Don't try to get around security or access information you aren't meant to see.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but school notices and the school office remain the official source for important decisions.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice.
